Stout - Imperial/Double | 15.2% ABV | 60 IBU | Goose Island Beer Co. | Chicago, IL | This beer originally brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

IPA - Fruited | 6.5% ABV | 40 IBU | Brew Dog | Ellon, Aberdeenshire Scotland | An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit peel. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense U.S. aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA.

Bock - Hell / Maibock / Lentebock | 6.8% ABV | 40 IBU | Rogue Ales | Newport, OR | Our bold and complex maibock-style ale that has been introducing countless beer drinkers to craft beer the world for over 25 years. Chock full of rich caramel malts and herbal hop nuances tied together with a balanced hop bitterness, this guy is still as drinkable as ever.

Lager- Munich Dunkel | 5% ABV | N/A IBU | Ore Dock Brewing Co. | Marquette, MI| Six Pointer Munich Dunkel is a dark and drinkable lager brewed with the finest German Munich malts and the noble hop variety of Czech Saaz.

Sour-Fruited Gose | 5.5% ABV | 10 IBU | Austin Brothers Beer Co. | Alpena, MI | Mildly Tart with a big delivery of semi sweet passion fruit character and a hint of salt. Very smooth and easy drinking.

IPA - New England / Hazy | 6.8% ABV | 65 IBU | Old Nation Brewing Co. | Williamston, MI | M-43 is designed to accentuate the deep and complex character from the combination of hops. Citrus and tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit come through in the huge, yet surprisingly delicate aroma with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. This beer is a perfect interplay between top-grade malt and hops, MI water, and brewing technique which cannot be faked.

Cider-Traditional / Apfelwein | 6.5% ABV | N/A IBU | Grand Rapids, MI | Beginning with our traditional hard apple cider we then steep candied pecans. We make our own cinnamon roasted pecans that bring vanilla, cinnamon, and a nuttiness to this product that makes it a truly unique cider. Totally Roasted is semi-.sweet with a tart finish.

Pilsner - Other | 5.1% ABV | N/A IBU | Hopewell Brewing Co. | Chicago, IL | Hopewell Pils is a crystal clear, hop-forward Pilsner inspired by the Northern German brewing tradition. Lightly bready malt is met with the floral zip of classic German noble hops, followed by a crispy clean, drying finish. A very precious Pilsner for very precious people.

Pale Ale - American | 5.5% ABV | N/A IBU | Hopewell Brewing | Chicago, IL | Ride or Die is a Pale Ale you can depend on—a bona fide fridge staple. Bright neon flavors of grapefruit and pine give way to a pleasantly soft malt base and a quick slice of balancing bitterness. Reliably tasty without a fuss.

Pumpkin / Yam | 5.5% ABV | 25 IBU | Third Nature Brewing | Rockford, MI | Creamy pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon with a hint of vanilla. Tastes just like Aunt Gail's homemade pumpkin pie (it should since we threw them in the mash)!

Porter - Baltic | 7.6% ABV | 27 IBU | Third Nature Brewing | Rockford, MI | The Baltic Porter base adds a little toasted element to accompany that s’more. Chocolate, marshmallow, graham, slightly toasty & smooth.

Porter- American | 6.5% ABV | 13 IBU | Big Lake Brewing | Holland, MI | Dark and creamy porter with notes of smooth chocolate and light roast. Flavor and aromas of warm pumpkin spice and pumpkin pie. Brewed with caramel malts, chocolate malts, and dark malts for aroma and color.

Cherry, raspberry, & plum. A well-balanced palate with refreshing acidity and luscious tannins.

Supple and well oaked aroma, with a toasty, buttery edge to the plum and cherry fruit flavors.

Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and ripe plum give way to earthy notes, tea, vanilla bean, and dark chocolate.

Deep red and violet in color, with powerful aromas of ripe red fruits, strawberries and cherries, with hints of coffee and chocolate from the oak.

The deep garnet color leads to ripe black cherry, raspberry and spice on the nose with vanilla oak in the background. Flavors including dried cranberries, candied cherries and caramel follow in this medium bodied blend, with soft tannins on the finish.

Sweet, fruity flavors tempered by a clean, crisp acidity.

Love(R) Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Rosé is made with 59% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 6% Cinsault. This dry rosé has a beautiful light color. Its displays aromas of red fruits with a nice, refreshing and clean finish. There is also a touch of minerality.

Medium - dry with crisp fruit flavors. Hints of apple and pear.

Sophisticated with a lively froth. Hints of orange blossom and peach.

Complex and full of flavor, with good acidity and notes of lime and pineapple. Dry & long on the finish.
